Palace Cafe, Sautéed Louisiana shrimp with Creole meunière, green onions, roasted mushrooms, and popcorn rice. This meal was Delicious!! I think I ate this meal every day I was in New Orleans. I might have to look this up and figure out the recipe.

This is the best angel food cake. I found it at Hannafords. You can also find it online. It was very easy to make. My kids ate it with strawberries cut up. The cake did not last long at my house. You could bring this to a party and nobody would know it was gf.

Last night we had turkey meatloaf, sweet potatoes and roasted peppers with mushrooms . The kids helped me make it. Here is what we used,
1lb ground turkey
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 gf bread crumbs, toast bread and crumble if you have none on hand
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg
Mix together and form a loaf shape in a 13×9 pan. Cook on 350 for 1 hour.

13×9 pan layer the following into pan lightly oiled with olive oil,
1 sweet potato cut into 1/4inch slices
Mushrooms
Red and yellow pepper cut into quaters
Sprink nutmeg and cinnamon lightly on top.

Bake in oven for 1/2hr on 350.
